A native of the Pacific Northwest, Rich grew up on Mercer Island and earned dual degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Puget Sound. Deeply connected to the region and its communities, Rich enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time on Hood Canal with his wife and their two young adult children.
