Mike Grimme is the Director of Retirement Plans at SCS. He joined SCS in 2024 and has 32 years in the financial industry. Mike is a published Author penning “ An Employer’s Guide to a Retirement Plan that Works.”
Mike grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Indiana University graduating with a Dual BS in Business and Computer Information Systems. He has a wife and two kids, and a cat named Piper. Outside of work Mike likes to travel, hike, ski, boat and hanging with friends and family.
Mike’s favorite place to travel is Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Mike is passionate about working with employers to help their employees reach their financial goals. His expertise is in plan design, investments, education and best practices.
