Raised in Spokane, Washington, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on family sports and relaxing in the sun.
Her favorite place she has traveled is Australia, particularly Sydney and the Gold Coast.
She is passionate about aligning operational strategy with client needs and expectations. Her expertise spans the end-to-end client and employee experience, ensuring that processes, systems, and teams are structured to support both exceptional service and a strong internal culture.
